HTTP 404.17 error after fresh install of OPPM and accessing to the login page (Doc ID 2129414.1)

Symptoms

On : 15.1.0.0 version, General

When attempting to open the login page of OPPM, the following error occurs.

ERROR

HTTP error 404.17


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access to the https://server_IP/ProSight
2. the OPPM login page does not display. Instead, error shows


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login and use OPPM.
