PFService Crashes When FLISR Processing a Fault With a Parallel (Doc ID 2129481.1)

Symptoms

PFService crashes on FLISR processing a fault with a parallel

This is possibly caused after changing the FLISR load flow engine to kVA.
1. Set up parallel section in feeder downstream of the ACR to be faulted
2. generate momentary and sustained fault on the the ACR
3. PFService crashes

The stack trace starts with these lines:

=>[1] FaultLocator::findFaultEventbyEventID(0x0, ...
[2] FaultLocator::readFlisrScadaData(0x0, ...

or

=>[1] FaultRestoration::buildIsolatedArea(...
[2] FaultRestoration::tripProcessingCB(...

NOTE: The parameter address values are not important.
