Symptoms

During installation of Primavera Unifier 15.x or later, the following error is encountered when either starting up the Weblogic server or deploying Unifier to the Weblogic Admin server or a Managed server:

Fail to initialize server_lock

This error can be seen in the Weblogic logs or on the Weblogic Console deployment screen.
