NullPointerException Error Page When Performing Certain Actions Too Fast (Doc ID 2129644.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.2.8 version

Problem Description
NullPointerException issues occur when performing certain navigation actions.

1.Clicking quickly between objects when navigating:

Anywhere in the application, when performing an action too fast (racing condition, such as clicking something right after clicking something else),
the user will be taken to an error page with the message 'NullPointerException'.

Example, users can reproduce 100% of the time by doing the following:
1. Go to an existing Account
2. Select 'Plans'
3. Select a Plan
4. Immediately select another Plan without waiting for the first Plan to finish loading; this will crash the application.
or
1. Go to an existing Account
2. Select 'Plans'
3. Select a Plan
4. Rapidly click between the Plans' Plan Details and Plan Products tabs, back and forth. The application will crash.

2. Double-clicking on certain links/buttons leads to NullPointerException error page:

In the application, when the user double-clicks on certain buttons or links, it will lead to an error page with the following message: NullPointerException.
