Audit Trail Not Showing Expected Values when Case Classification is Deleted.

Symptoms

 On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 7.0.3

Within Argus Case Classications are supplied for a Case via the General Tab in Case Entry UI

When entries are added to a case, the audit trail correctly shows this e.g.

(old value) (new value) Clinical Trial

However when a case classification is deleted the corresponding audit trail entry shows:
(old value as added) (new value as deleted), but does not display the actual value deleted.


Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
 1. Open any Case
 2. Via [General] tab for case add two case classifications
 3. Save Case
 4. View audit history for the case the values as shown as added
 5. Delete one of the values
 6. Save case
 7. Check Audit History on the case classification is shown as deleted, however the value actually removed is not specified.
