Users With Proper Permissions Are Unable to Edit or Change Phase Dates From the Project Dates Page in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Each project has a Dates page that allows the ability to easily view and edit the dates within a project. When users navigate to the Dates page and click on "Edit -> Project Dates" the Project Dates page displays all of the Phase dates in the "Plan vs. Actual Dates" section. Users are not able to edit any of the Phase Dates even if they have the appropriate permissions.
