Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Pipeline Manager

The Batch Rating Pipeline did not find any valid product to rate batch rated usage after the subscription transferred back and forth between 2 accounts.
All the batch usage processed after the 2nd subscription transfer has been rejected by the Batch Rating Pipeline because it did hot find any valid product to rate for the usage.
