History Tab Shows Change Status of Task According to the Content Rule, but the Actual Status Still Shows 'Not Started' (Doc ID 2130310.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

After Content Rule is satisfied, task's status shows changed to "In Process" in history tab, but the actual status is still "Not Started". This happens intermittently

Expected Behavior

After Content Rule is satisfied, task 's status to be changed to "In Process" always

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto Relationship tab of the Task, and set content rule:
When "Task A is "Complete", set Task B to "In Process"
2. Change status of "Task A" to "Complete"
3. Check the status of “Task B”. See it is still "Not Started".
4. Goto History tab. See History shows Status Change action by superadmin user, Status changed from "Not Started" to "In Process".

This happens intermittently and there is no 100% reproduce case
