Model Analysis should work as expected for the defined Access Point

STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created entitlement in Client environment: 9000 patchset
2. Add a customer access point : MAINTAIN_LEDGERS>CLOSE_REQUEST-GBL>CLOSE_REQUEST
3. Created Model for the entitlement
4. Run the Model Analysis
5. Model Result in Client environment


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users sees There is an additional user preference “Allow Claim Voucher” coming up in the incident information.
