Symptoms
On : 12.2.5.1 version, Engine
When attempting to run Demantra engine on batch mode the following error occurs.
ERROR

05:28:12:113 WARNING EngineStarter Id: eng_starter1 allowing 4 concurrent Engines is not responding and will be disabled.
05:28:12:116 ERROR No Engine starters are running, please make sure to run EngineStarter on each host where Engines should be running from!
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start engine starter.
2. Start engine in batch mode.
3. It fails.
