System changes entered Lab Test Name to PT (Doc ID 2130773.1)

At Case Form >> Patient >> Lab Data >> Test Name field, system changes the entered value to PT if the entered term value matches LLT.

This behavior can be observed on both English and Japanese language mode on Case Form screen.
