"Dummy" Items and Constraint Violations Occuring During Concurrent Deployments To Staging and Production Targets

Symptoms

Integrity Constraint Violation exceptions cause the deployment to fail and Generated Reference Items are left as "dummy" items in the Non-Versioned schemas, during concurrent deployments.

Example "dummy" priceList item's data:

DCS_PRICE_LIST table in either CatA or B schema holds priceLists with display_name like "y5A61T1wr8j3dH9tNVBCy604Y0Fm75M43LKcH6eKsK6OOlpT8W303B6FWk5X6s".
