Goal

On :  7.5.0.6.0 version, Customer Center

What date or how the "Purchased" column is populated in the Plan/Products tab in Customer Center? 
Is it the purchase_start_t, cycle_start_t, usage_start_t, or created_t?  Or is there a logic based on the node location/package ID?
