On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), what date or how is the "Purchased" column populated in the Plan/Products tab in Customer Center?
Is it the PURCHASE_START_T, CYCLE_START_T, USAGE_START_T, or CREATED_T? Or is there a logic based on the node location/package ID?
