ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The traduction of the label "allow estimate" changes between Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) 2.3.1 and CC&B 2.4.0
Select * from CI_MD_FLD_L where fld_name in ('ALLOW_ESTIMATE_LBL ', 'ALLOW_EST_SW ')
The new traduction have a larger size, due to this new format a scrollbar appear on the online billing pop - up
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Is it possible to update the French language pack and come back to the old translation ? Or modify the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) of the pop up ?
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This scrollbar is not ergonomic for the user and block some of our testing tools
