Edits to RPM System Options Are Not Committing to the Database (Doc ID 2131293.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), edits to System Options values with save are not committing to the database (RPM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS table).


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Log in to Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
  2. Navigate to Promotion -> RPM System Options menu
  3. Make a change to one of the parameters and Save
  4. Note that all changes from user interface do not get persisted to the RPM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS table. Clicking Save has no effect, and no error is generated.
