Missing Cash Out Totals in RTLog if Till Is Opened from Back Office (Doc ID 2131418.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), when a Till is opened from Back Office, the RTLog for the Till Reconcile does not contain "CASH" information.  When the Till is opened from a register, the RTLog does contain the relevant information.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to Back Office.
  2. Open Register in Back Office.
  3. Open Till in Back Office.
  4. Log in to ORPOS client (Register).
  5. Select 'Yes' button on the Insert Till screen.
  6. Complete some transactions with CASH tender.
  7. Close the Till.
  8. Log in to Back Office.
  9. Reconcile Till opened in step 3.
  10. Wait for ORPOS Server to export the RTLog file.
  11. The CTILL record for the CASH tender is missing. The record should contain CASH tender information.
     Note that the data in DC_DY_BSN column in LE_HST_TL_TND table is null when Till is opened from Back Office.
