‘Could not change user Password’ Error Encounter by New CD Client User While Resetting Password

Newly created CD User is able to access CD Client using the default password, however encounters the below error message while resetting password -
Could not change user password. Principal '<Username>' missing right 'Platform.Security.Credential.GetSecurityPackage'
