priceEventPayloadPopulationBatch does not populate ITEMLOC_COUNT column in RPM_STAGE_PUBLISH_DATE Table.
This batch priceEventPayloadPopulationBatch is using ITEMLOC_COUNT column in RPM_STAGE_PUBLISH_DATE to get thread number, but this column is always populated with null.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set RPM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.CC_DIRECT_PAYLOAD_POPULATION = 0
2. Login to RPM
3. Create a price change on a item/location.
4. Approve the price change
rpm_stage_publish_data table will get populated with this price event with status as N.
Note: itemloc_count column in rpm_stage_publish_data table is not populated.
5. Run the priceeventpayloadpopulation batch
$ priceeventpayloadpopulationbatch.sh $UP 8 N ../log ../error
6. Review ITEMLOC_COUNT column in RPM_STAGE_PUBLISH_DATE table.
