RMS Validates Ordered Quantity Against Allocated Quantity Even After The Allocation Is Deleted

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS) 14.1.x version, while attempting to change ORDER QTY, error is encountered based on associated ALLOC QTY in 'ordloc' form.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Login to RMS and navigate to Order
2- Edit a PO generated by replenishment and put it into status Worksheet.
3 - In ordhead, click on Items
4 - In ordsku, click on Locations
5 - In ordloc, change the quantity ordered of an item to a number lower than the allocated quantity. The allocated quantity is displayed right below the item in the ordloc screen.
6 - An error message will be displayed: "The ordered quantity cannot fall below the allocated quantity which is ".
7 - In ordloc, click on Delete Alloc and confirm the deletion.
8 - In ordloc, try to change the quantity ordered of an item to a number lower than the former allocated quantity. The same error message shown in step 6 will be displayed again. This message should not be displayed, as the allocation was deleted.
