Unifier Generated Task Emails Include 0 (Zero) Byte File Attachments and Cannot be Opened or Saved

Unifier generated Task emails which should contain attachments, are listing the filename in the email, but when the recipient attempts to save or open the attachment it turns out to be a 0 Byte file.
