Items Deleted in RMS Are Not Getting Deleted from Retail Insights (RI) (Doc ID 2131813.1)

Symptoms

Items deleted in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) are not getting deleted from Retail Insights (RI, formerly Retail Analytics).


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a level 2 item and create children for the same.
  2. Delete the item.
  3. Run the daily purge batch.
  4. The items are deleted in RMS but not in RI/RA.
