Performance Issue When Processing Price Events in Bulk in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) (Doc ID 2132050.1)

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), processing of pricing events in bulk takes a longer than expected time to complete.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create and approve multiple price events (Promotion, Price Change or Clearance) in Retail Price Management (RPM).
  2. Run PriceEventExecutionBatch and verify price event status.
  3. Run PriceEventExecutionRMSBatch to process the price events and update RMS tables.
  4. Note that batch takes more than expected time to delete records with location '-999' from PRICE_HIST table, impacting overall performance.
