Cannot Select Bridge Defaults In OPPM 15.1

On: OPPM version, Add On, Bridge to P6

When attempting to select the Bridge Defaults in OPPM 15.1 after an upgrade, the following error occurs.

Unable to complete the last action due to network or server problems!
If repeated attempts fail, please contact your Primavera Portfolio Management Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Bridge Server Settings
2. Click on the 'Defaults' tab
3. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, we cannot set the default behavior of the Bridge.
