What are the Changes in BSP 8 for the Mix Element Dimensions for Maturity Mix Assumptions? (Doc ID 2132102.1)

Last updated on APRIL 28, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning - Version 8.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP)

Based on the BSP 8 User Guide, it appears that there is no longer a way to define each Mix Bucket of New Volume to associate a different:

- Market Rate Spread
- Reprice Frequency
- Payment Frequency
- Compound Basis

That is, the above items can only be defined at the Product-level (using the COA Characteristics).  It appears that the only Product/Entity “bucketing” categories in BSP 8 are Term and Amort Term. Please confirm this is changed in BSP 8.x from the previous version.
