Generic Selector with Regular Expression on Two Different Fields Not Supported iIn ECE (Doc ID 2132486.1)

Actual Behavior:

If you submit the charge offer with the such generic selector with regular expression on two different fields in PDC, the information was not exported to ECE.

The pricingUpdater returned the following error:

Expected Behavior:

Consider :
field 2 : CALLED_ID
Operator : Matches

The expectation is that the right hand side (rhs) field can be a regular expression and the rhs field is a payload "field" and not a literal value.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create generic  selector with below configuration:
    With the PDC GUI, create a generic selector which uses regular expression on two different fields :
       - field 1 : USER_IDENTITY
       - field 2 : CALLED_ID
       - Operator : Matches
    and one rule :
       - rule 1 : USER_IDENTITY ~ CALLED_ID, Resuts=OK
2. Create a charge offer and use the selector within a ChargeOffer
3. Submit changeset
