Symptoms

There is an issue with RMS 13.2.4 batches.

When changing a transaction level coupon to remove a store from a coupon, the information is not sent to ORPOS.

1. Create a transaction level coupon.
          Information in the POS_COUPON_HEAD is created where EXTRACT_REQ_IND is = 'Y' and POS_CONFIG_STATUS = 'A'.
2. Add multiple stores to the coupons.
Information in the POS_STORE where POS_CONFIG_TYPE = 'COUP' is created and the STATUS = 'A'.
3. Run the BATCH_ORPOS_EXTRACT batch.
The MOM files for the stores have the coupon information.
4. Run the POSCDNLD_POST batch.
          This resets the coupon information.
          POS_COUPON_HEAD is updated where EXTRACT_REQ_IND is = 'N' and POS_CONFIG_STATUS = Null.
The POS_STORE where POS_CONFIG_TYPE = 'COUP' is created and the STATUS = Null.
5. Go back to the coupon in Edit mode and the remove one of the stores.
          POS_COUPON_HEAD is NOT updated where EXTRACT_REQ_IND is = 'N' and POS_CONFIG_STATUS = Null.
The POS_STORE where POS_CONFIG_TYPE = 'COUP' is created and the STATUS = Null.

The batch program usually reads the POS_COUPON_HEAD table to determine to extract the information.
When the EXTRACT_REQ_IND is = 'N', nothing happens.
So, users cannot remove a coupon store.
