Information in this document applies to any platform.
The overall system status (Online/Offline) on the status region is not reflecting the correct status when device / database goes offline.
Steps to Reproduce:
- When POS Server, Database, and devices are online to the Register, note that the overall status is shown as 'Online'.
- Stop the Database listener.
- Notice that the overall status on the 'Status Region' is still shown as "Online". Upon clicking on the "Online" link, the Database status is shown as "Offline".
