Status Region Does Not Reflect the Offline Status When Device / Database Service Goes Offline (Doc ID 2132618.1)

Symptoms

The overall system status (Online/Offline) on the status region is not reflecting the correct status when device / database goes offline.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. When POS Server, Database, and devices are online to the Register, note that the overall status is shown as 'Online'.
  2. Stop the Database listener.
  3. Notice that the overall status on the 'Status Region' is still shown as "Online".  Upon clicking on the "Online" link, the Database status is shown as "Offline".
