ALM Process ORA-00904: "A"."LEG_TYPE": invalid identifier Driver Function Errors on FSI_D_INVESTMENTS

Symptoms
On ALM 8.0.1 when attempting to process on FSI_INVESTMENTS, the following error is found:
ERROR

oexn() SQL Function: [4] -
SELECT Oracle Error: ORA- 00904: "A"."LEG_TYPE": invalid
identifier Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement:
select distinct a.LEG_TYPE, a.PRODUCT_ID
from FSI_D_INVESTMENTS a
where AS_OF_DATE = TO_DATE('12/ 31/ 2015', 'MM/ DD/ YYYY')
order by a.LEG_TYPE, a.PRODUCT_ID
The issue only reproduces on FSI_D_INVESTMENTS. All processed products have the Earning Assets account type.
The issue can be reproduced at will only by the ct with the following steps:
1. Run ALM Static Process with Investments as processing table.
