ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the purchase/cycle end date is set at the purchase of a product with cycle fees in-advance of a billing cycle, only one month in-advance fee is charged regardless of the number of in-advance cycles set in rate plan properties.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Scenario OK:
1. load sample price plans from OOB 'TelcoGSMSamplePricePlan.ipl'
2. for 'Teen Telephony Add-on' product, set up 6 in-advance cycle fees
3. create an account using 'Teen Telephony' plan
4. purchase modified 'Teen Telephony Add-on' deal for telco/gsm/telephony service

Result OK: a pro-rated €5 cycle fee is charged for the current cycle plus €30 for 6 in-advance cycles

Scenario NOT OK:
1. create an account using 'Teen Telephony' plan
2. purchase modified 'Teen Telephony Add-on' deal for telco/gsm/telephony service with purchase/cycle END date set before end of in-advance period

Result NOT OK: a pro-rated €5 cycle fee is charged for the current cycle plus €5 for ALL in-advance cycles, regardless of the END date value

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. load sample price plans from OOB 'TelcoGSMSamplePricePlan.ipl'

4. purchase modified 'Teen Telephony Add-on' deal for telco/gsm/telephony service with cycle END date set to 4 cycles in advance
