Symptoms
Unable to associate Ethernet Network Systems to circuits. Please check the provisioning assistant to allow Ethernet Systems to associate similar to Optical Network Systems.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to Associate Ethernet network system to circuits like you can for Optical Network System
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connection Design
2. Query for Ethernet Network Systems circuits
3. Click on CLR / DLR Design
4. Right click and select Build Partial Protect Path
5. Receive "no entry nodes retrieved"
