Goal
While migrating the purchased_products and purchased_discounts, some have deals associated to the plans and some have only the /deal but not the /plan. The snippet of the sample input XML for the product which has only the /deal and not the /plan is shown as below. For these deals there is a /plan generated which is defined under the <SbscPrms> </SbscPrms>.
