How To Restrict User From Unblinding A Case ? (Doc ID 2133168.1)

Goal

Some of the users in the system have "Allow Unblinding of cases" unchecked.
However, they are able to select - "Broken by Investigator" & "Broken After Study".
In addition, they are also able to select the study drug in the product's tab .

How do you restrict a user from selecting all the options in the "Blinding Status" field in General tab?
