Symptoms
While running PCM_OP_RATE_DISCOUNT_EVENT (input flist and referenced objects), the realtime pipeline logs a CRITICAL, dumps a stack trace to diagnostic directory and leaves the connection open, leaving the CM and corresponding DM transaction on DB on indefinite hold, creating multiple locked sessions, that in turn lead to whole system breakdown.
