Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control, the Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) applications may fail to start with an error similar to the following being reported when attempting to start the SLEE:
/tmp/sh4558.26: cannot create
The name of the file attempting to be created will likely differ to the above example but the general problem ("cannot create") will be the same.
Changes
This will only potentially occur after an entire system reboot.
