Unable to Edit the Product or Create New Product in PDC (Doc ID 2133425.1)

On version, User Interface

When attempting to create new product or while editing existing product, nothing is getting reflected in PDC UI and there is error observed in nohup log (its a managed server log), and Admin server has no error.

The following error is observed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open PDC UI
2. create new product or edit existing product
