Oracle Communications is pleased to announce the release of Oracle Communications Revenue Management Suite Innovation Pack 3 ( RMS IP3) which is a significant coordinated suite release with a rich set of charging and revenue management functional and architectural enhancements packaged in the following product updates:

o Billing Care — The next iteration of One-Stop-Shop customer care

o Payments, A Critical Component of Customer Care: Extensive support for all things payments. Enabling sophisticated treatments and actions such as suspending, releasing, splitting and reversing payment transactions, a must-have as providers increasingly focus attention toward higher-margin business customers in the SMB and Enterprise segments
o Path To Higher Revenues: An interface to create customer accounts, essential to delivering on the strategy to convert support calls into revenue-generating cross-sell, up-sell opportunities

o Native RADIUS server for AAA: Addressing the needs of hybrid operator environments that require legacy RADIUS support along with Diameter gateway functions. Natively integrated into the ECE grid, providing superior performance. Engineered with the same design principles as the Diameter gateway, ensuring architectural consistency along with greater extensibility and reliability
