"FRM: 40654" Error When User Tries To Submit To Recovery In Schedule Screen (Doc ID 2133830.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit recovery in schedule screen, the following error occurs:

FRM: 40654 -Record has been updated by another user.Re-query to see change

Steps To Recreate:
1.  Navigate to Schedule screen.
2.  Select the Schedule with status Validated.
3.  In Option Menu, select the option "Submit for Recovery".
