When setting the stemming.xml file for an application to use OLT settings:
<STEM_PT ENABLE="TRUE" USE_STATIC_WORDFORMS="FALSE"/>
The results within Dgidx, and within the forge_output stemming.xml file indicate that USE_STATIC_WORDFORMS is true, and thus Latin-1 is still in use. Editing the stemming.xml files to set this parameter to false should result in OLT as the language analyzer, rather than Latin-1, however the forge_output stemming.xml file reflects a Latin-1 configuration.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Edit appName/config/pipeline/AppName.stemming.xml
- Set the following: <STEM_PT ENABLE="TRUE" USE_STATIC_WORDFORMS="FALSE"/>
- Run a baseline_update
- See in forge_output only <STEM_PT ENABLE="TRUE" />
- See in Dgidx logs: Default language Portuguese is manually configured to use static word forms
