Private, Public, Background Job, and/or Reporting Database Schema Users Are Not Listed in the Drop-down When Using the 'dbsetup' Tool to Upgrade a P6 EPPM Database

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to upgrade a P6 EPPM database to a new version using the Database Setup Wizard (<P6 EPPM install media>\database\dbsetup.bat (.sh)), when required to select a P6 EPPM database user from the associated drop-down fields, one or more of the following schema user names are not available:
- The Private database user (default privuser).
- The Public database user (default pubuser).
- The Background job database user (default bgjobuser).
- The Reporting database user (default pxrptuser).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The database schema users should be available in the drop-down list when upgrading a P6 EPPM database via the Database Setup Wizard.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch the <P6 EPPM install media>\database\dbsetup.bat (.sh) utility.
- Provide the database connection information and click Next.
- Enter the P6 EPPM schema owner (default admuser) and Next.
- On the next two screens, the Private, Public, Background job, and/or Reporting database users are not listed in the dropdown field(s).
