Till Reconciliation In Back Office Always Shows The Cash Amount Mismatch Message (Doc ID 2135208.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO), Till Reconciliation always shows the cash amount mismatch message, even if the correct tender value was entered.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the till from Back Office.
2. On the 'Detail Currency Count' screen, notice that Total: 0.00 .
3. Back Office will display the cash amount mismatch message
"The entered amount is not equal to the expected amount.
Do you want to accept the entered amount? "
4. Press "Yes" to open the till.
5. Close the till from Point-of-Service.
6. From Back Office, reconcile the till without entering the tender denomination details.
7. Back Office still displays the cash amount mismatch message;
"The entered amount is not equal to the expected amount.
Do you want to accept the entered amount? "
