Information in this document applies to any platform.
Not all versions of Instantis EnterpriseTrack needed for upgrade are available on through the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (a.k.a. edelivery) website URL https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SearchSoftware
2. Select Instantis EnterpriseTrack as the product
3. Select either operating system (windows or linux)
4. Only the version released within the last calendar year are available in the results
