Duplicate Check EP Is Not Working (Doc ID 2135365.1)

Qn1:On : 6.0.0.3.0 version, Cartridge Pack

Node chain :

ASCII CC --> Record Processing Enhancement Processor (EP) --> Dupcheck EP --> Elastic Charging Engine Distribution Cartridge (ECEDC)

The Duplicate check EP throws the below error:

The Collection Cartridge (CC) and EP Node Programming Language (NPL)'s works fine without the duplicate check EP and is able to rate a Call Detail Record (CDR) in ECE.
But with the introduction of the Dup Check EP, it throws unexpected error.
 
Qn2: The changes were made in the Record Processing EP NPL(we think it was a type from your end , when you mentioned NPL for CC) and the Dupcheck EP NPL. The error is not appearing now. But whenever a CDR is passed, it gets tagged as a Duplicate CDR and doesn't pass to the ECEDC node for rating.

The Dupcheck EP NPL has the following config block:

DUP_CHECK_EVENT_TIME_FIELD "start_time";
}
Our understanding is, if any CDR appears with the same dup_check_key values for more than one time, then the CDR will be marked as duplicated. Is the assumption correct?
