RIC Console Showing Error On 'RIB Integration Summary' Tab (Doc ID 2136122.1)

Retail Integration Console (RIC) application is showing below error on 'RIB Integration Summary' tab.


ERROR: Could not connect to RibIntegrationMonitorService (http://<host>.<port>/RibIntegrationMonitorService /RibIntegrationMonitorService). Contact your System Administrator or look at the ric-logs under 'About' link on top right corner of this page

Further, RSB Admin Server Log (rsb-admin.log) shows the below errors:


Wed Apr 20 10:53:04 WEST 201622WARNING||getRibAppEventCommitRollbackInfo: Exception Occured while retrieving Event Commit and Rollback Data for RIB apps ERROR:Could not connect to RibIntegrationMonitorService (http://<host>.<port>/RibIntegrationMonitorService/RibIntegrationMonitorService).

Wed Apr 20 10:53:04 WEST 201622WARNING||getRibAdapterExecutionMinMaxTime: Exception Occured while retrieving Adpaters Performance data ERROR:Could not connect to RibIntegrationMonitorService (http://<host>.<port>/RibIntegrationMonitorService/RibIntegrationMonitorService).

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Install Retail Service Backbone (RSB)
2. Install Retail Integration Console (RIC) in 'RIB only Mode' or 'DUAL Mode (RIB and RSB)' .
3. Open RIC console and navigate to 'RIB Integration Summary' tab.
4. Notice the above errors. Further the expected data / statistics are not shown.
