ECE Generating Long Poid for /batch Objects

Though batch objects were non-event ones, still ECE was generating long POID values. The batch objects were partitioned in BRM as real-time daily partitions, because of the long value all entries were inserted to partition_last.
It is needed to generate real-time partitioned POID values for batch events, so that the batch objects were created in the right partitions.
