Symptoms

After installing the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.2, when you log into the application, there is always a spinning hourglass in the middle of the screen.  For example:

 

You can navigate around the application and use the screens.  However, the spinning hourglass remains in the middle of the screen.
