Selecting Devices When a Landbase Feature(pole) is Under the Transformer Symbol (Doc ID 2136736.1)

Goal

If a device, in this case a transformer has pole symbol directly under the transformer symbol and the operator select the transformer the pole gets selected instead. If however the transformer has condition symbols on the the device and the operator select the condition symbol then the transformer device gets correctly select not the pole.

The selection distance seems fine as devices can be selected just fine when there is no device under the symbol.

Is there any way to configure this differently?
