Poid Value Of /batch/rel Is Not Getting Attached In Event_t.PIN_FLD_SESSION_OBJ (Doc ID 2137026.1)

Symptoms

On : BRM 7.5.0.13.0 version, Event Management and ECE 11.2.0.7.0

In the event object, previously [before IP2, ECE 11.2 PS6] /batch/rel poid was getting attached in event.PIN_FLD_SESSION_OBJ, now one is seeing that it is not getting attached.
For some scenarios, where user wants to correlate Event And Batch tables, it was helpful. Now, it is not happening.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

/batch/rel poid should get updated in event.PIN_FLD_SESSION_OBJ like before IP2.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a /service/gsm/telephony account
2. Pass the usage to ECE
3. After loading the rated out file check the robj of event
