Why Is Email Notification For Failed Login Attempts Taking 7 Minutes

Email notification for failed login attempts takes 7 minutes. Why does it take so long? It should be under 2 or 3 minutes.
- Utilities > Logs > View Audit Log , then use Category = 'Failed Login Record' to see above failed login attempt. The timestamp correctly reflects the
time of the event, but email notification arrives 7 minutes later.
- The SMTP Email is driven by the AG Email process and configured to run every 2 minutes (ie: Interval = 120 seconds)
