After Configuring "User Segment Sharing" in 11.2 Oracle Commerce, User Segments Defined in BCC Are Not Visible in Experience Manager (Doc ID 2137292.1)

Symptoms

Setting up an 11.2 Commerce application with ATG and Endeca integration leads to missing ATG User Segments in Experience Manager. User Segments created directly in Experience Manager will be visible but the segments originating from ATG Business Control Center (BCC) will not be visible in the Experience Manager editors.

The steps to configure "Shared User Segments" in the 11.2 ATG+Endeca Integration Guide have been followed:
