Docupresent (IDS) 2.7 Client Fails to Connect the Server with <Server Name> in Http Queue (Doc ID 2137365.1)

On : 2.7 version, Docupresentment

Client fails to connect to the server name provided within the http queue section of the docserv.xml file.

This entry will work fine with http://localhost:2424, but fails when it is the Server name http://Servername:2424.

The issue can be reproduced at will by attempting to connect to IDS from the IDS Client using the Server Name.
